Profile Information

About Me:
We come in a pair and celebrated 25 years of marriage this summer! Our four sons are all grown and out of the house...Chip is 24 and married to Heidi. Nick is 23 and married to Julie. Robbie is 21 and is a senior at Vanguard University, and Beau is 19 and is a sophomore at Biola University. We've been in worship ministry for the past 23 years and have taught instrumental music in Christian schools for nearly as long. We are currently teaching at Linfield Christian School in Temecula and seem to be spending more and more time doing musical theater. When we've got a free weekend, we try to get away to see our kids.
How I found the Promise Tribe:
We had been leading worship at another church in town when the new regime decided it was time for a change, so when we found ourselves in limbo, our nephew Josh invited us to the Promise. We thought Eldon was a breath of fresh air, and we've been hanging out ever since!
What I'm Passionate About:
Like for fun, or what? "Dark Chocolate," says Doug. No really...we're passionate about great music, people that are alive with the power of God, following Jesus, worshiping in Spirit and in Truth, obedience, honesty, integrity, excellence.
Books, Movies and Music I Love:
Classic movies and musicals, The Los Angeles Philharmonic, modern worship leaders, Star Trek, great jazz, Disney musicals
My Website:

How I feel about Jesus:
I believe in him, I'm a committed follower of his
How I feel about church:

In our weakness, He is strong

Illness, late nights, broken strings, being out of the comfort zone, technology woes....all the makings of a fiasco, but God still shows up and inhabits the praises of His people. What a privilege it is to be a Christian and to worship Him!!

Hello
I saw your comment on Greg & Ginas page. I saw that you're doing Seussical. I may be coming. Will you let me know when auditions for anything else in this theatre is? I'd really like to get more involved in community theatres. And I also did Seussical 2 years ago at Hemet High.

That is funny! My other one didn't work...or I'm a little inept, I couldn't sign into it and it didn't notify me if there was any activity on it ..?! So I hope I set this one up right. (now I have to figure out a way to cancel the other one!)
