- About Me:
- Happily married mother of 4 seeking the will of God for my life daily.
I love spending time with my husband. He is my best friend and lover.
My kids complete my world. I love having them and their friends around.
I love the beach. Walking in the sand. Riding bikes on the strand. Nothing like being in presence of the ocean. I love the cleansing power of it.
- How I found the Promise Tribe:
- My daughter, Hannah, met Eldon at a Prayer/Worship event at BFC. He prayed with her and she just clicked with him. She came home that night talking about it.
A few months later we attended a YFC Fundraising Dinner. Eldon was there and he shared some of his heart. Bob & I introduced ourselves to him and Tanya that night.
Some months later my friend, Bonnie, was telling me about a church she was attending that she really thought I would love.
You guessed it. It was The Promise where Eldon was pastor. We decided to visit and our first Sunday was.......interesting-but that's a whole other story!
I am currently the Office Manager at The Promise
- What I'm Passionate About:
- The Presence of God, Worship, prayer, my family.
I love musical worship. God seems to speak to me most powerfully in the midst of annointed worship. For me, that is my safe place of total surrender.
I truly believe that faith based prayer is the foundation for the release of God' s power into our lives. I crave powerful, annointed, passionate prayer with a group of people who believe the same way.
The Word, of course, is our Rock, from which our life path should flow.

Pray for Wendy Glasky’s mom, Elva, as she walks through the loss of her daughter.
Pray for Vicki, a friend of Lisa Foster’s, who is in the hospital with the flu and pneumonia.
Continue to pray for Danielle Laughlin’s siblings to come home and that her baby brother would heal from a dog bite.

Pray for Danielle Laughlin’s siblings to come home from Florida and that her baby brother would heal from a dog bite.
Pray for Christy’s children to be reunited with her and that she would have patience and understanding in dealing with her teenagers and toddlers.

Please Pray for Ryan Engelsma, great nephew of Marilyn and Jerry Whitt, who sustained 3 fractured vertabrae in his neck in a football game. Not paralyzed by the grace of our Lord, but not out the woods by any means.
Pray for healing for Bobby Buckles as he was bitten by a dog and is suffering from sever… Continue

Update from Josh
things are going great out here!!
